- Led a team of 4 to create an real estate document extraction system with NLP and large language models, improving KPI extraction and cutting manual efforts by 90%. This led to improved service for 7 clients and an estimated €3.5 million in revenue.
- Guided exact phrase matching project for SDS into production, implementing Faiss indexing and engineering a robust TF-IDF system for bettered word-to-word similarity.
