Welcome to my portfolio! I’m Anish, a dedicated graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Oregon. My academic journey is deeply rooted in machine learning, where I’m currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant under the mentorship of Dr. Jake Searcy. My work focuses on predicting carbon flux from Landsat images, allowing me to delve into the intersection of AI and environmental science. Through this role, I apply advanced algorithms and predictive modeling techniques to tackle real-world environmental challenges, showcasing my ability to drive insights and decision-making through innovative use of data.

I graduated from IOE, Pulchowk Campus with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, which provided me with a strong technical foundation. Over the past three years, I have worked as a Software Engineer - Machine Learning, specializing in solving business problems in the fields of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. My experience extends to software engineering, where I focus on building robust and scalable applications. I am proficient in implementing complete machine learning pipelines, and my projects emphasize performance, security, and user experience. As I continue to expand my knowledge, I am actively seeking an internship for Summer 2025 in software development, data science, or AI/ML to contribute to innovative projects and further enhance my skills.
